It’s Christmas Day. No one should be shopping at this point!
Instead I am going to use this post to say thank -you to a few people who have really helped me this year and wish them, and everyone else I’ve met seasons greetings!
There are a few bloggers who really stand out for me. They have commented, retweeted and supported my efforts to get London Unattached up and running. In no particular order – Janice , Karen , Andy, Judith and Angela . There are loads more who I could mention, but these five stand out as having been especially kind to me. Then there are the pillars of the blogging community who organise real life events for us. Bethany, Vanessa, Andy and Annie.
And, there are some great PR companies who I am just beginning to get to know. I’m not going to name individuals here, but I really do appreciate the events, things you introduce me to and gifts you give.
And of course, there’s my long suffering business partner who hosts my blog and helps me with techie things when I get stuck.
I will admit that I had got myself into something of a rut. I spent a few years looking after my mum and then, when she died, another year making some sense of the things she left behind. And, what blogging has done for me is given me a way to really explore and discover new things.
I’ve really enjoyed 2011. Christmas Greetings to you all.
