Handmade Chocolates by Genevie:
What IS a girl to do when she gets a mail asking her if she’d like to try some handmade chocolates. Well, you know there are certain things I find it very hard to turn down. Chocolate, Champagne, Caviar and Choos for instance – it would be churlish, don’t you think, to say no, even if you are trying to lose a bit of weight!
So, I replied saying yes please – a small box for me (I asked for the smallest possible to try to avoid too much temptation…and something for my readers too. And, I got a nice mail back from Chocolate by Genevie and a box of twelve handmade chocolates appeared a few days later.
They are gorgeous. Very obviously handmade with none of the aftertaste you sometimes get with cheap chocolate produces and beautifully packaged. I rationed myself to 3 a day…but somehow they only lasted for two days…I can’t think what happened! The packaging is quite simple and elegant, mine came in a glossy black box tied up with gold string and each one of the chocolates has a distinct filling.
I particularly liked the fact that none of them were over sweet. Well, not so sweet that it stopped me eating six each day (you see why I asked for a SMALL box!).
Gentle readers, you are not limited to a box for one…Genevie has offered this lovely heart shaped box for you and whoever you want to share with. So, do take time to fill in the rafflecopter box and do all the tasks. When I draw the winner, I DO check that they’ve actually done what they’ve said they have done, and I’ve now had to re-draw a couple of times…!
