A Jelly Belly Giveaway:
Now, it’s not often I say no to free sweets. But I am really trying to keep to my 5:2 diet and when Jelly Belly contacted me, Chocolate Week was in full swing. So, there was something of an exchange of mail – they offered me a large case of beans to try and when I said ‘NO’ – well they came back and offered me a giveaway for my readers.
Fine, I thought. Safe enough. I don’t always get samples of the things I have as a giveaway…
BUT, once I agreed to the giveaway the confirmation mail said that I could have THREE of boxes of Cocktail beans and they’d be sending me one box to sample!
Now, of course I AM sampling. There are five cocktail flavours – Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, Mojito, Peach Bellini, Pomegranate Cosmo. I particularly love the Pina Colada, but to be honest they are all good. And, even if they are only 4 calories per bean…that doesn’t help if you eat them by the handful!

Amaretto – everyone needs a nice drink at a party, and this almond flavoured jelly bean would be sure to get the party started!

Mojito is always my top choice of cocktail so I am very happy that Jelly Bean have seen fit to create a bean. Gin fizz would be my British cocktail choice as it is classic and clean flavours
A Midoricolada! That’s Midori, pineapple juice and coconut milk. My favourite summer drink, refreshing and sweet.

I love Sex on the beach,(the cocktail, not that I wander to the seaside!!) but would rather have the flavour in jelly bean form, as I was far too ill on these at the last ladies night!!

My favourite flavour is cherry and the best cocktail I ever had was a Cherry Mojito, so if it’s possible to make that into a flavour for jelly beans that would be my one.
I once had a cocktail called a June bug in South Africa, it was divine, very fruity, would love to try a Jelly Bean flavoured like that
