Trick or Treat with Hotel Chocolat

Hotel Chocolat Halloween Fun:

So, along with sponsoring a little giveaway, Hotel Chocolat sent me a mysterious box to check out…

Trick or Treat from Hotel Chocolat

OK, I cheated and opened it up before October 31st.  All in the interest of research of course.

Hotel Chocolat Trick or Treat Box

It is a Trick or Treat Box, perfect to keep on hand on the 31st when if you are anything like me and at every knock on the door you are greeted with a small hoard of ghosts, witches and tiny devils threating evil things if you don’t produce a treat!

Hotel Chocolat Trick or Treat chocolates

There are 64 individually wrapped chocolates all in appropriately themed Halloween shapes.  Some white chocolate, some milk and some dark chocolates.  Skulls, cats, tombstones, bats, severed fingers and ghosts.  All lurking in a nest of midnight blue paper.  These chocolates are good enough for adults so you might just want to save them and have a Halloween party yourself.  But if not, there should be enough to keep all your trick or treat visitors happy.

Of course young visitors don’t get to pick, but since it’s all Hotel Chocolat’s finest, it’s unlikely any of them will be disappointed whatever shape or variety of chocolate they pick.

I’d say at £37 it’s a worthwhile investment for a peaceful Halloween with no tricks and lots of treats, but if you prefer something different, there’s a whole range of interesting Halloween specials, including some VERY creative oozy eyes and a box of spiders.

Perhaps best to stick with the trick or treat box then!

With many thanks to Hotel Chocolat for the opportunity to review – at least one Halloween reveller is already very happy with her treat!

You can find the entire Hotel Chocolat Halloween range online, or pop into one of their shops.  For more information check the Hotel Chocolat website
