I’m quite a fan of Smiths of Smithfield – looking out over the famous London meat market, Smiths is a wonderful restaurant and bar, spread over several levels.
This particular event is a very special masterclass, led by by Tony Moyse, executive chef of Smiths of Smithfield which will be taking place on 31st January and will include a demonstration of beef butchery , tips on how to buy, butcher, prepare and cook the meat and then, to bring the evening to a close a four course, rare breed beef tasting menu with matching fine wines.
The winner will also enjoy a welcome glass of champagne and canapes. And the dinner all takes place in the top floor restaurant – with fabulous views over London
