Total Greek Easter Cooking and Giveaway:
After the wonderful Fruyo launch and lunch at Corrigans, I was thrilled to be invited back a few days ago to learn a little more about cooking for Easter in Greece. Apart from learning how to cook a wonderful lunch with Total Greek Brand Ambassador Tonia Buxton, we also learnt how to play the Greek Egg Game
Starting with a big bowl of eggs, this involved a lot of bashing till one person was left with a whole egg. Needless to say Tonia won!
We made Greek Lamb Patties with roasted vegetables,
Greek Seabream Fillets with a delicious Lemon and Yoghurt Tahini Sauce
And, my favourite, a creamy yoghurty, filo pastry, fruity dish called Anarocrema.
