Take the Hassle out of Housework:
Right at the moment, I have a sprained wrist. It’s probably been caused by the house move. But whatever the reason, it’s incredibly inconvenient. I can’t vacuum. I can’t polish. I can’t lift boxes. I am even finding it hard to clean the bath. Of course, in many ways, I’m lucky. I live by myself and if I choose to live in chaos the only person who is affected is me. And I have a secret weapon.
While I was trying to sell my last flat. I was approached by a company called Hassle who provide cleaners either on a regular or one-off basis. It’s all very easy. You go to their website select the service that you need. And then book over the web. I’m just about to book some cleaning for the New Year, so that the current mess in my new home can be tackled quickly and effectively. Now, while the service isn’t nationwide just yet they do cover London, Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester, so if you want to enter all you need to do is make sure that either you or a lucky friend/family member lives within the Hassle catchment area. To do that, all you need to do is pop over to the Hassle website and enter your postcode. Then you’ll be able to see some of the cleaners looking after YOUR area. It costs just £10 an hour – with a minimum of 3 hours for a one-off clean or 2 hours if you are planning to use Hassle regularly
I’ve used them myself three or four times now. Each time the cleaner arrives on time, the work is done quickly and efficiently, and I’m left with a sparkling clean house. I’m sure plenty of you are dreaming of a magic cleaning fairy for Christmas. Now is your chance, if you live in one of the Hassle areas, to try to yourself. The lovely people at Hassle offered me a £30 voucher for one London-Unattached reader (that’s three hours of cleaning). I’ve already booked my own cleaner for a post Christmas blitz and I’d love you to get the chance to do so too.
As usual, all you have to do is follow the rafflecopter through
Wouldn’t winning be a great start to the New Year?
