An aging rock chick like me can’t resist a festival with a great line up of bands. This year it’s Latitude that is exciting me, and as you can see if you click-through to the full line-up, the main stage is pretty amazing. A great mix of bands indeed. I have seen British Sea Power about 4 times and they are always brilliant, and I adore The National ‘I need my girl’ makes me well up every time I listen to it, whilst New Order still deliver the goods after all these years. The Radio 6 stage features the amazing Foy Vance, the under-rated Frightened Rabbit, and Miike Snow who my partner adores. There are late night sets, and a stage for new acts. In fact, if we get to go, it’s going to be really hard to know what to see!
