8 medium slices Bacon Rashers (Or Pancetta pieces)
1 dash Millk
1 knob Butter
Half box Applewood Smoked Cheese Spread
Cut the bacon into pieces and fry until cooked.
Beat the eggs with a dash of milk in a suitable bowl. You can use a regular fork.
Microwave half a tub of Applewood Spreadable for 30-60 seconds, until it melts. Pour this into the egg mix and beat vigourously so that the mix becomes smooth
Add the fried bacon bits to the mix and mix in well. You should have a thickish mix, with all the Applewood Cheese smoothly blended into the mix.
Heat a frying pan (use the one you used for the bacon bits to save washing!) and add a knob of butter if you want to aid frying. When hot, spoon in the omelette mix, making sure you get a good mix of the egg and the bacon bits that usually sink to the bottom of the bowl when not being stirred. If using the whole mix in one frying pan then just pour it all in.
Fry until the top starts to look cooked and then flip it over (toss if you dare) to quickly brown the other side of the omelette and then serve on a plate. Garnish with greenery if you want to as this adds an extra colour. Enjoy
