Catherine Green Designer Tea Towels
Do you need something to brighten up your kitchen. I was lucky enough to be sent one of these beautiful nature inspired Catherine Green Tea Towels to review. Digitally printed on heavy duty cotton drill, it’s smart enough to frame and hang on the wall, with intense colours on a white background. Since I’m in the process of moving house, once I’d taken a look and checked the quality, I carefully packed it back up again – hopefully to make a splash in my new kitchen!
Catherine Green is an up and coming artist who creates vibrant, tactile artwork from her studio in Yorkshire. She also exhibits at galleries and events around the UK. The open studio, located in the village of Gomersal, between Leeds and Huddersfield, has a permanent exhibition of work in the gallery area including prints, cards, badges, home-wares and larger original pieces (framed and unframed).
The tea towel is part of a new range of homewares and comes in one of three colours, teal, blue or grey. It measure approximately 46cm x 68cm and has a handy hanging loop and care label on the reverse. At £10 each these are luxury items – a perfect gift for any keen cook or something special to brighten up your own kitchen. And, I’ve got a set of five to give away to one lucky London-Unattached reader.
All you need to do is to hop over to the Catherine Green website and check out her range of products. Then let me know which of her range of gifts you like best or, if you prefer suggest something you’d like to see her design. How about a range of water jugs – or some smart dinner plates. Or perhaps you’d like to see a smart apron to match the tea-towels. Just leave me a comment and let me know.
