Birra Moretti’s food and drink festival, Moretti Gran Tour, returns to London on 19th July
London Unattached has been fortunate to attend this celebration of Italian regional food on several occasions and we’re looking forward to another visit this year. With a choice of nine street food vendors representing different Italian regions, there is always something to tickle the tastebuds. This year we’ve been given a sneak preview via the Arancini Brothers sharing their recipe with us and London Unattached readers.[gmc_recipe 39977]
There will be 2 new beers to try in addition to La Autentica and La Rossa; Birra Moretti alla Sciliana and Birra Moretti all Toscana. This will give me a wonderful opportunity to try the Toscana whilst taking part in the Tuscan butchery masterclass. If I enrol on the pasta making masterclass as well, then the La Rossa will be my beer of choice.
Tuscan Butchery Masterclass: This masterclass is designed to teach guests about the basics of butchery, the craft of cooking and the enjoyment of eating. Each class can be booked either online or at the event.
Pasta Making Masterclass: This masterclass will teach guests how to recreate one of four pasta dishes from scratch. Each class can be booked either online through the Birra Moretti site or at the event.
