Count down to Christmas with Biscuiteers Advent Biscuit Tins
When it gets to this time of year, I’m on the look out for ideas to make this Christmas a bit different. Be it gifts, food, decorations. So I was delighted to discover Biscuiteers and their Christmas biscuit collection, which combines a bit of everything! Their beautifully decorated biscuits come in a hand-illustrated gift tin and would make either a lovely present or a welcome addition to the Christmas tea table.
Inside the tin are a very generous supply of delicious ginger biscuits, shaped and iced into a selection of Christmas themed creatures. I tried the Advent Biscuit Tin, which had supply of super cute snowy animals and birds. But there are a selection of tins available from their website, ranging from characters from the Nativity, The Nutcracker and those featured in the Twelve Days of Christmas. To make this even more special, you can also purchase a hand-crafted cloth advent calendar (specially created by Sarah Moore) and place each biscuit into the days leading up to Christmas. The only problem with this is that it means rationing them to one a day!
Although not cheap with prices for the biscuit tins starting from £35 (and another £25 for the cloth advent calendar) I would say that for the uniqueness and quality of the product, this is well worth the money. You also get a month’s supply of very cute, extremely tasty hand made biscuits.
