Flavours Hampers and Holidays:
You may already have heard of Flavours Holidays – the specialist Italian activity holiday company. They offer a range of activity holidays – cookery, painting, pilates and learning Italian. On their holidays you’ll be part of a small group, staying in a villa in Sicily, Tuscany, Amalfi or Puglia. And, as part of an extended family, you’ll be guided by local Italians, learning to cook with Italian chefs and learning the language in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Now, they’ve made use of their knowledge of Italy to put together some very special hampers of Italian food. And, I have one Christmas hamper for a lucky London Unattached reader. The winner will be sent a wonderful hamper full of Italian Christmas specialities. Fig Marmelleta is a fig, vanilla and and almond preserve. Try using it as a cake filling – or just spread it on toasted bread. There’s panforte, cantucci biscuits and amaretti macaroons together with some very special Tuscan chocolate for those with a sweet tooth.
And, some Puglian Taralli, red pesto and special Christmas pasta. Of course there’s a bottle of extra virgin olive oil, from artisan producers Calogiuri based in Lecce, Tuscany. Add to that a special Christmas decoration and a set of Flavours’ Buon Natale Christmas cards and you have a wonderful, unique festive hamper.
The Flavours Christmas Hamper retails for £45, but I have one to give away free to a London-Unattached reader. All you need to do is follow the Rafflecopter through as normal, remembering to answer the mandatory question.
