Make the cake mix up according to the directions on the packet, adding all the extra ingredients
Pre heat the oven to 165C (fan oven)
Line 12 cupcake pans and grease your heart shape tins
Half fill the cupcake pans and tins with batter. Bake in the oven for 20 - 22 minutes, till well risen. Test with a dry metal skewer, which should come clean when used to test the cakes
Cool the cakes on a rack
Once the cakes are cool, fill an icing bag with a star nozzle and then with the Cream Cheese icing.
Starting from the centre of each cupcake , make a rose decoration. Try to cover the whole surface of the cupcake.
Store in an airtight tin till ready to eat.
