This is going to be a very, very brief post with a thank you to the people from To-Tuscany for their fabulous competition.
I am just back from a wonderful week in Tuscany where thankfully the weather was considerably better than the UK.
We stayed in a lovely hilltop hamlet, a collection of restored and new holiday cottages over looking olive groves and vineyards. We could walk into the nearest village or drive to places like Sienna and Florence. We were in the Chianti area of Tuscany so really got an opportunity to taste some great Italian wines.
I WILL post more when I’ve worked out how NOT to post a collection of holiday photos and how to really show off some of the fabulous food we ate. But for now, here’s a little taster and thanks to the people at To-Tuscany and to those of you who voted for my Parmesan Baskets last year.
