I would be very happy with this book. We have an Arab deli right down the street with a mega olive selection. We are frequent patrons of the olive bar. I use them in different ways, but would love to learn new ones.

With a plat de charcuterie.
What a great prize to win. I love the concept. I love looking at cookbooks. It gives me thoughts about cooking without actually doing it.
