The Stinging Scot

A warming winter cocktail with a hint of bitter citrus.

Ingredients

  • 3 Kumquats
  • 1 stick Rosemary
  • 20 ml Nettle reduction
  • 50 ml Bruichladdich
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice


  2. Peel one of the Kumquats for a garnish.


  3. Juice all the other Kumquats and add to the shaker


  4. Add all the other ingredients


  5. Shake and pour into a martini glass


  6. Decorate the glass with the rosemary stick and Kumquat peel
