French 75 with Greenall’s

Simple Gin and lemon spritz cocktail

  • 25 ml Greenall's Dry Gin
  • 25 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup 1 part water to 2 parts sugar
  • Champagne or Prosecco


  1. Shake the Gin, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled champagne glass
  3. Top up with champagne or prosecco
  4. Serve with a lemon twist garnish
