Celeriac and Cucumber Raw Soup

  • 350 g Celeriac Peeled and cut into 2cm chunks
  • 1/2 Medium Cucumber Cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Medium Leek Trimmed, cleaned and cut into chunks
  • 250 ml Single Cream I used Oatly - a non-dairy cream substitute
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock Made using your normal bouillon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put the leek, cucumber and celeriac into the Froothie940
  2. Blitz until everything is chopped. You'll find even the celeriac is pulverised really quickly
  3. Add the cream and stock and continue to blitz until the mixture heats through
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning
