Pre heat the oven to 200c
Slice the potato into chips.
Mix the spices and oil in a ramakin and rub the oily mix over the chips. You can use the chips themselves to spread the spice mixture
Put the egg-white on one small plate and the breadcrumbs on a second one. Coat the fish first in eggwhite then in breadcrumbs
Grease a non stick baking tray and lay out the chips and fish in a single layer
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes till the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges and peas.
