  • 45 ml Malfy LImone Gin
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice around half an Amalfi Lemon
  • 7.5 ml Rosemary infused simple syrup made by mixing equal quantities of water and sugar, heating to boiling point and then adding a couple of sprigs of rosemary.
  • Prosecco
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • Ice


  1. Put the ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice

  2. Shake well

  3. Strain into a champagne flute

  4. Top up with prosecco

  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
