Thai Marinated Tiger Prawns

Wonderful Barbecue Prawns - Serve Hot

  • 3 Headless Tiger Prawns Deveined and butterflied
  • 1 Medium Chilli
  • 5 g Chopped Coriander
  • 2 g Chopped Garlic
  • 10 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 splash Lemon Juice


  1. Mix the chilli, coriander, garlic and oil together
  2. Drizzle the dressing on the prawns

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Leave for 10-15 minutes to infuse

  5. Grill on both sides for around 3-4 minutes - basting with a little lemon juice as you grill

  6. Serve with piri piri sauce or lemon butter sauce (or just more fresh lemon!)
