Ingredients

  • 15 ml Appleton Rum (for a stronger cocktail add 2 measures!)
  • 30 ml Stones Ginger Wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Highbank orchard syrup you can substitute honey or sugar syrup
  • 1 piece Fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin puree
  • 2-3 teaspoons Single cream
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker to 2/3rds with ice
  2. Muddle the ginger and pumpkin puree into the rum, then add all the ingredients except the cream into the shaker
  3. Shake well for a minute
  4. Pour into a chilled coupe and topped with cream if required
