Pomegranate Margarita

Pomegranate Margarita made with Cazcabel Blanco Tequila

  • 29 ml  fresh lime juice
  • 58 ml premium silver tequila
  • 58 ml pomegranate juice
  • 22 ml triple sec
  • 22 ml simple  syrup (plus more to taste)
  • ice
  • lime wedges and redcurrants to garnish


  1.  Make lime sugar by combining sugar and lime zest together with your fingertips to release the citrus oils. Pour lime sugar onto a small plate and spread it out as wide as your cocktail glass.

  2. Rim your cocktail glass with a lime wedge (or dip in lime juice) and then dip in the sugar.

  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add lime juice, tequila, pomegranate juice, triple sec, and simple syrup. Shake until cold and strain into your glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and some redcurrants.
