Ingredients

  • 50 ml Pentire Adrift
  • 50 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 100 ml Cranberry Juice
  • Ice
  • 1 slice Lime to garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

  2. Pour over the Pentire, Cranberry Juice and Grapefruit Juice

  3. Shake well

  4. Fill a Collins glass with ice

  5. Strain the Sea Breeze into the glass

  6. Garnish with a slice of lime

  7. Serve

Recipe Notes

This mocktail can be made without a cocktail shaker by simply pouring the ingredients into a Collins glass and stirring.  I prefer mine shaken so that it's as cold as possible to serve to prevent the ice diluting the drink.
