Ingredients

  • 45 millilitres Gin
  • 30 millilitres Cointreau
  • 30 millilitres Dry Vermouth
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice

  2. Add the gin, vermouth and Cointreau with a dash of bitters

  3. Stir well

  4. Strain into chilled coupe glasses

  5. Serve with a slice of lemon or a twist of orange peel.
