The Ultimate Thai Pairing: Street Food & Chang Beer

June 19, 2025 (2025-06-19T09:20:30+01:00) by Lucy Foxell Leave a Comment

One of the simplest pleasures of holidays in warmer climes for me is beer on the beach. I recently returned from Thailand, and I enjoyed exactly that, perched on a sun-bed, feet buried in warm sand, gazing out to sea with a cold glass of Chang in hand. Bliss. Amari Koh Samui Romantic Dinner beach gazebo on Chaweng Beach

Amari Koh Samui has three restaurants, providing guests with a choice of cuisines from traditional Thai to Italian. You may fancy a Romantic Dinner on the beach one night, enjoying a luxurious Thai menu prepared by the Amaya Food Gallery, while ordering pasta at Prego the following day. You can enjoy a range of healthy breakfast and brunch options at Amaya Cafe or treat yourself to an afternoon slice of cake or a Thai dessert. Both the Amaya Food Gallery and the Amaya Cafe offer a diverse menu, allowing you to select a delicious Thai meal while the kids tuck into a pizza. This provides a flexible approach to menu selection, making it suitable for a family resort. Whatever combination you prefer, you will be looked after by excellent staff and enjoy a good meal. The friendly team at Reception will make your restaurant bookings for you.

Thai Sq Spa Thai relaxation 1

Pampering at Thai Square Spa – Northumberland Avenue: Who doesn’t enjoy a few hours in a spa?  When I moved here and gave up my gym membership, although I didn’t miss the exercise room at all, I found myself yearning for a session in the sauna or steam room. What luxury then to be booked […]
