Jawbox Giveaway and Seasonal Cocktail recipe

Gentle reader, I’ve developed a mild obsession with Jawbox Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur.  It’s utterly delicious and made up into my own Rhubarb and Custard cocktail is a perfect early evening tipple which makes a delicious alternative to a classic advocaat snowball.  I am something of a fan of simple cocktails and so I was delighted to be sent a selection of seasonal cocktails by the makers of Jawbox Gin

I’m rather taken by this simple, seasonal recipe for Jawbox Rhubarb Fizz too – I’ll definitely be trying it myself when I get a chance.

Cuisine: British
Keyword: cocktail, ginger, prosecco, rhubarb
Servings: 1
Calories: 160 kcal
Author: Jawbox
Ingredients
  • 35 ml 35ml Jawbox Rhubarb & Ginger
  • 15 ml Prosecco
  • Rhubarb ribbon, raspberries, cranberries, and powdered sugar to garnish
Instructions
  1. Add the Jawbox Rhubarb and ginger liqueur to a chilled prosecco glass.

  2. Top up with prosecco

  3. Garnish as appropriate

In the meanwhile, the lovely folk at Jawbox have decided I am talking far too much about their gin products.   Jawbox gin is from Northern Ireland and is distilled just outside Belfast on a 300-acre estate.  All their gin is produced using triple distillation in small batches with a unique combination of botanicals that include a local Belfast Black Mountain heather. That results in a beautiful artisan product that is just perfect for presents or for keeping on your own drinks shelf.  And, to encourage you to learn more, they’ve agreed to offer one bottle of Jawbox Rhubarb and Ginger Gin Liqueur for a lucky London-Unattached reader.  All you need to do is to fill in the rafflecopter, remembering to answer the mandatory question.  This time I’d like to know what the other Jawbox gin products, so pop over to their website and find out! are and for a bonus I’d like your idea of the perfect Jawbox Rhubarb and Ginger cocktail.
